Paid orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Domestic delivery is normally 3–4 business days after tracking activates; international delivery is normally 1–2 weeks.

A flat $25 First Class shipping fee applies to every order. Cold-chain products such as HGH require special handling and add a $50 fee, shown at checkout when applicable.

Yes. Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging. No product names or branding appear anywhere on the outside of the parcel.

The minimum order value is $250.00, before the flat $25 shipping fee. Add more items to your cart if you are below the minimum at checkout.

For health and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned. Unused, unopened, sealed items may be returned within 14 days. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded — contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
