Fast, discreet, worldwide shipping with a reship guarantee.
After more than a decade and many thousands of orders, we have settled on the shipping methods with the highest delivery and customer-satisfaction rates. Please read the details below before ordering.
1. First Class Shipping
There is a flat $25 shipping charge on every order. This covers package handling and the courier service used. Certain products (e.g. HGH and other cold-chain items) require special handling — an additional $50 shipping fee is applied at checkout when applicable.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed 7 days a week, including public holidays. Confirmed (paid) orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours. During high-volume periods dispatch may take an extra 1–2 days.
3. Domestic Orders
Domestic packages ship with additional security precautions, which is reflected in the cost. Once tracking is provided it may stay inactive for a few days — this is normal while the shipment is processed. Once tracking goes active, delivery usually occurs within 3–4 business days.
4. International Orders
International packages typically deliver within 1–2 weeks. There are two sets of customs on every international shipment — origin and destination — and processing time is not linear or predictable. For this reason we require 30 full days of transit time before an order is ruled undelivered.
5. Discreet Packaging
Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging. No product names or branding appear anywhere on the outside of the parcel.
6. Reship Guarantee
If a parcel is confirmed lost or seized in transit after the timelines above, we reship it. Contact support with your order number and we will arrange it.
7. Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Pure Anabolics is not responsible for parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly; re-delivery may incur an additional shipping fee.
