Refund & Return Policy

1. Reship Guarantee

If a paid order is confirmed lost or seized in transit after the timelines on our Shipping page (3–4 days domestic once tracking is active; 30 full days international), we reship it at no cost. This is the primary remedy for delivery problems.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Because these are pharmaceutical and health products, returns are only accepted when:

• The product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
• The security seal is fully intact.
• The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
• Items are in resalable condition.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund quickly.

4. Refund Process

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we issue the refund to your original payment method in the equivalent crypto amount. Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days of approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Opened or unsealed products
• Products damaged by customer handling
• Clearance, sale or promotional items
• Any item returned after 14 days

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once dispatched an order cannot be cancelled, but may be eligible for return if unopened.
